Important note (1): Author registration will close on March 19, 2026.

Important note (2): Participants who are not staying at Skukuza Rest Camp are eligible for a reduced registration fee, as they will not be attending the welcome dinner and the conference dinner. This is because, after 5:30 PM, special movement permits are required within Kruger National Park due to park regulations and safety considerations, and obtaining these permits is not straightforward. 

Please note that the lodge has reserved a sufficient number of rooms for participants at specially negotiated ICM²TS 2026 rates until February 23, 2026. After this date, accommodation at the lodge cannot be guaranteed, and any further bookings will be subject to availability.

 

Registration Benefits

The fee includes:

  • Presentation and publication of up to two papers
  • Access to all sessions, including keynotes, workshops, tutorials, and poster sessions
  • Daily breakfast, lunches, and (x2) coffee breaks (July 19–22, 2026)
  • Welcome Dinner (July 19, 2026): Sunset safari followed by a Bush Braai (barbecue dinner)
