FOR AUTHORS

• To be published in the ICMMTS 2025 IEEE Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.
• The registration allows the author to upload up to two (2) papers.
• The paper(s) must be presented by the author.
• Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Partly/Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the publication-ready version of the accepted paper.
• All submissions must be written in English and should not exceed five (5) printed pages in a 10-point font, including figures.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before 23 Dec. 2024: 50% of the fee is refundable.
• Cancellation before 23 Jan. 2025: 25% of the fee is refundable.
• Cancellation after 23 Jan. 2025: the fee is non-refundable.

TRANSFER POLICY

All requests for registration transfers must be made by email to info@icmmts.org. A different membership status may incur an additional fee.
