FOR AUTHORS

• To be published in the ICM²TS 2026 IEEE Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.
• The registration allows the author to upload up to two (2) papers.
• The paper(s) must be presented by the author.
• Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before April 19, 2026: 50% of the fee is refundable.
• Cancellation before May 19, 2026: 25% of the fee is refundable.
• Cancellation after June 19, 2026: the fee is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizers.
• All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion fees will be borne by the author/participant/guest and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Partly/Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the publication-ready version of the accepted paper.
• All submissions must be written in English and should not exceed four (4) printed pages in a 10-point font, including figures.
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, where possible.
• Social event tickets and guest passes are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

TRANSFER POLICY

All requests for registration transfers must be made by email to info@icmmts.org. A different membership status may incur an additional fee.
